“THE WORLD AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD is a coproduction of the Municipality of Loures and artistic association IBISCO (Inter Neighborhoods Theatre for Social Inclusion and Culture of Optimism) that wants to change the image of territories marked by stigma as social housing areas are.

Involves the artistic qualification of buildings, rehabilitation of public space and community facilities and mobilizing residents to increase the sense of community. (…)”
