Edis One was invited to create this piece for a Bioderma event, in collaboration with his agency, Oitto.
Inspired by the visual and cultural roots of Portugal, the artwork stands as a tribute to Portuguese popular aesthetics — from traditional tiles and floral scarves to proverbs and the feminine figure — all reinterpreted through a contemporary visual language.

At the center of the piece is a female figure with a steady gaze and calm presence, wrapped in a traditional scarf that symbolizes intergenerational ties and cultural identity. Shades of blue dominate the composition, evoking the iconic azulejos and the freshness of the Portuguese coastline, while subtle red accents and floral elements reinforce the connection to oral and visual tradition.
